Digital delivery

AlniPrints sells printable digital downloads. No physical product will be shipped. Printing and postal delivery are not included.

Receiving your files

Your files are provided electronically through our Digital Products delivery system after your purchase is processed. Follow the download instructions supplied with your order. Use an email address you can access at checkout, and keep your order confirmation.

If you are waiting for a delivery email, check your spam, junk, and promotions folders. If you cannot find your download instructions or a link does not work, email alniprints.info@gmail.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout.

Saving and accessing your downloads

Download your files when you receive access and save a backup on your own device. Keep any access instructions supplied with your purchase. We do not promise lifetime hosting or unlimited re-downloads. If you need help accessing a previous purchase, contact us with your order details so we can check it.

Printing your purchase

You arrange and pay for printing, whether at home or through a print service. Before printing, check the file format, size, and any instructions included with the product. Print results can vary with your screen, printer, ink, paper, and print settings. Review the print preview and consider a test print before printing a full set.

Delivery and file support

For missing download instructions, trouble opening a file, or download errors, contact alniprints.info@gmail.com. Include your order number, the product name, and a description or screenshot of the problem. We will help investigate access and file issues. Please do not send payment card details.

Returns and refunds

Please refer to our Refund policy for the terms that apply to your purchase. It explains that digital products cannot be returned once purchased and delivered, and that refunds are not issued once an order is confirmed and the product is delivered. If you have a technical problem accessing or downloading your purchase, contact us for assistance. For a duplicate purchase, send both transaction details so we can arrange the duplicate-transaction refund described in that policy.
